- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging without damage.
- Customized, personalized, or final sale items (e.g., clearance items) are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item(s).
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days . Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during checkout. Here’s what you can expect:
- Credit Card Payments: The refund will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank’s policies.
- PayPal/Other Payment Methods: The refund will reflect in your account within 1-3 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us as described above. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order details when contacting us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
7. International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. Please ensure that you include the RMA number and mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional fees.
